At All Things Blessed Be LLC, we take pride in thoughtfully creating, preparing, and packaging our intention-based products. Each handmade item receives special care, attention to detail, and energetic intention before being sent on its journey to you.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we carefully prepare your order.
 

1. Order Processing & Preparation Times

Our standard processing time for handmade products is 3–7 business days before shipment.

Processing times do not include weekends, observed holidays, or shipping transit time.

Larger orders, customized products, and orders requiring additional preparation may take longer. Where an extended processing time applies, we will communicate the applicable estimate through direct customer communication before purchase whenever possible.

Processing times are estimates. We make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the timeframe represented at purchase.

If we anticipate that we cannot meet an applicable shipping commitment, we will notify you, explain the expected delay, and provide any cancellation, consent-to-delay, and refund options required by applicable law.
 

2. Shipping Carrier & Tracking

We currently ship orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Available USPS shipping services may vary depending on the destination, package dimensions, weight, and applicable product restrictions.

Tracking information is provided for eligible shipments whenever tracking is available.

Customers will generally receive tracking details through the email address associated with their order or their applicable marketplace account.

Please allow time for USPS to accept and scan your package after a shipping label has been created.

A shipping label or shipping confirmation does not necessarily indicate that USPS has physically received the package.
 

3. Domestic Shipping — Website Orders

Orders placed directly through www.allthingsblessedbe.com are available for shipping within the United States only.

We do not currently offer international shipping through our independent website.

Available shipping services, charges, and estimated delivery information are displayed during checkout or in the applicable product listing.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly identified as guaranteed.

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.
 

4. International Shipping — Etsy Orders Only

International shipping is offered exclusively through our Etsy shop for eligible products and destinations.

Customers outside the United States who wish to purchase our products may visit our Etsy shop at https://etsy.com/shop/allthingsblessedbe to review international shipping availability.

International shipping options depend on the destination, product eligibility, USPS service availability, and applicable shipping restrictions.

Certain products, including some alcohol-based fragrances or other regulated merchandise, may not qualify for international shipment.

International customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and other destination-country charges unless Etsy checkout expressly indicates that these amounts are included or prepaid.

International delivery estimates may be affected by customs inspections, local postal services, and other circumstances beyond our direct control.

International purchases are also subject to applicable Etsy policies and mandatory consumer protection laws.
 

5. Shipping & Handling Charges

Shipping charges vary depending on the product, order size, shipping destination, package characteristics, and available shipping service.

Applicable shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
 

Handling Fee & Packaging Care

A flat handling fee of $4.50 is applied to each eligible order placed directly through https://allthingsblessedbe.com that requires physical shipment.

This fee helps cover the cost of quality packaging materials, protective wrapping, shipping boxes, cushioning, sealing supplies, and other essential packing items used to prepare your order for shipment.

At All Things Blessed Be LLC, we take special care to ensure that every order is beautifully wrapped, thoughtfully presented, and securely packaged to help protect your products throughout their journey to you.

Our goal is for every package to reflect the same care, attention to detail, and positive intention that goes into creating our handmade products.

The $4.50 handling fee is charged once per eligible website order, not per individual item, and is separate from USPS postage. All applicable shipping and handling charges will be clearly disclosed during checkout before payment is completed.

This website handling fee does not apply to Etsy purchases. Etsy shipping and handling charges are determined by the amounts disclosed through Etsy checkout.
 

Shipping Promotions & Refunds

Some products or orders may qualify for promotional shipping rates or free-shipping offers when expressly advertised.

Unless a promotion explicitly includes or waives handling charges, the $4.50 handling fee will still be applied to eligible website orders.

Shipping and handling charges are generally non-refundable for discretionary change-of-mind requests, except where otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
 

6. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on the USPS shipping service, destination, weather conditions, postal operations, and other circumstances.

Order processing time and shipping transit time are separate.

For example, an order requiring seven business days of preparation will not ordinarily begin its USPS transit period until the package has been shipped.

We encourage customers to place orders early when purchasing for special occasions or time-sensitive needs.

We cannot guarantee delivery by a particular date unless an express delivery commitment has been made.
 

7. Shipping Delays

Although we strive to fulfill orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur because of:

• Severe weather or natural disasters

• Postal service interruptions

• Holidays and increased shipping volume

• Customs inspections or international processing for eligible Etsy orders

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

• Unexpected fulfillment or supply delays

We will make a reasonable effort to assist customers experiencing delays.

If we cannot ship an order within the agreed or legally applicable shipping period, we will provide the notices, choices, and replacements promptly.

Our general no-cancellation policy does not override these rights.
 

8. Lost, Missing, or Undelivered Packages

If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at info@allthingsblessedbe.com.

We may ask you to verify your shipping address, review USPS tracking information, and provide relevant details to assist with an investigation.

Where appropriate, we may initiate or assist with a USPS missing-mail inquiry or another available carrier process.

Each situation will be reviewed individually. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, a resolution may include a replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy.

We do not automatically deny responsibility solely because USPS has marked a package as delivered.
 

9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Shipments

We carefully inspect and package our handmade products before shipment. However, occasional shipping damage or fulfillment errors may occur.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we kindly request that you contact us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery whenever possible.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the affected product and packaging, if available

Our preferred resolution is to provide a replacement whenever reasonably possible.

If a replacement is unavailable, impractical, or inappropriate, we may provide a refund or another suitable remedy in accordance with applicable law.

The requested seven-day reporting period does not restrict statutory consumer rights or remedies.

10. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during checkout.

If you discover an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately.

We cannot guarantee that address corrections can be made after an order has entered processing or shipment.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact the customer to discuss available options.

Reshipment may require an additional shipping charge, which will be disclosed before the customer agrees to reshipment.

Any refunds or additional charges will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order.
 

11. Order Cancellations

Due to the preparation involved in our handmade products, orders are generally considered final once placed.

We do not ordinarily accept cancellation or modification requests after purchase.

If you believe an order was placed in error, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis before fulfillment begins, but approval is not guaranteed.

This policy does not affect cancellation or refund rights arising from shipping delays, nonfulfillment, or other circumstances covered by applicable law.

12. Etsy & Third-Party Marketplace Orders

Orders placed through our Etsy shop or another third-party marketplace may also be subject to that platform's applicable shipping policies, purchase protections, and dispute-resolution procedures.

For Etsy purchases, customers are encouraged to contact us through Etsy's messaging system regarding order concerns.

Nothing in this policy overrides applicable marketplace protections or mandatory consumer rights.
